The Joy of Summer: plants and stones that support the heart.
Western herbalism and Daoist stone medicine come together for an exploration of herbs and stones to support us through the summer. We will visit the fire element from a 5-phase TCM perspective with hibiscus, rose, motherwort, lemon balm, and crystal companions.
