About the event
Spend the afternoon learning how to communicate with the plant spirits and make your own flower (and gem) essence. Flower essences are a flower extract that work with the subtle energetic and spiritual energies of the body.
We will start with a grounding and centering meditation to call in our intentions and thank the plant beings that help us to create such potent medicine together. All materials will be provided. I love pairing stones with my herbal medicine and there will be loads to choose from if you feel called to add a little sparkly stone essence to your flower essence creation.
