Ring in the spring with plant and stone wisdom. We are so excited to be joined by guest herbalist, Lauren Lee, who will share some of her favorite herbs to work with for the spring and liver health, including dandelion, burdock, teasel, and nettles. Sally will share about stones from a Daoist stone perspective. Certain to make an appearance are apatite, azurite, malachite, shattuckite, as well as other helpful tips for navigating the spring from a five-phase theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
You will not want to miss this! The best part about these teachings is that you already hold the wisdom within. It is SO cool!!
